GCCH develops and operates hotels with a long-term perspective. With experience, entrepreneurship and close involvement, we continually develop our hotels and create better guest experiences.
New projects
We have long experience developing and adapting properties for hotel use. We have converted both residential and office buildings into hotels and have taken part in drafting and changing zoning plans for new hotel projects.
Restaurant & bar
We develop restaurants and bars connected to our hotels, from breakfast hotels to full service.
Hostels
Our journey began with Mini-Hotel in Gothenburg. Our ambition is to develop the concept further and create more welcoming hostels under the Mini-Hotel brand: private rooms, high standards and affordable stays.

Hotel Vasa

JönköpingA three-star city hotel on Västra Storgatan that GCCH took over in 2022.

KristianstadA four-star hotel on Västra Boulevarden, operated by GCCH since 2023.
Mini-Hotel GBG
GothenburgThe hostel on Tredje Långgatan opened in 2000 and was fully renovated around 2016.

BoråsThe hostel on Brigadgatan has been operated by GCCH since 2023.

Environment & sustainability
A better footprint, one stay at a time.
All GCCH hotels are environmentally certified through Green Key or Miljödiplomering. Since 2022 we also plant a food-producing tree for every 100 guest nights.
